この何年かのSUGOは8月終わりでも暑い。広々としているのでゆったり見ることができる。観客が少ないから、とも言えるが。。
2011年3月11日の大震災からの復興はまだこれから、というところ。今年も亘理のトマトを販売する団体の出店でトマトスムージーをいただいた。
イチゴ畑が津波で塩が入ってしまったために転作したトマト。ここのトマトはおいしい。

After the earthquake, strawberry farms are contaminated with sea salt caused by the Tsunami. Some farmers gave up strawberries and started tomato farms. Around the race paddock, a volunteer group sold tomato smoothie. Those tomatoes were delicious.
